For OMERS, it is essential that we know whether our services are meeting your needs as Plan administrators. That’s why we strongly encourage you to complete this survey and provide us with your feedback about how we can serve you better. Gender inclusivity on the e-Form 102 and e-Form 106
To reflect our diverse membership, effective December 23, 2019, OMERS will be updating the gender options available on the e-Form 102 and e-Form 106 to include “Another.”
When enrolling a new member and submitting the e-Form 102, gender options will not be limited to “Male” or “Female.”
To make a change for current members, you can update gender using the Changing member information e-Form 106.
Plan change: NRA 60 for paramedics
We have expanded the comprehensive Q&A available on our website to include a “Paramedic Membership Profile” section. This section outlines basic profile data including average age of enrolment, average age, credited service at retirement, as well as general early and deferred retirement behavior.

It’s almost time: Annual reconciliation
With the annual reconciliation process just around the corner, the OMERS Education & Training team has launched a series of workshops and webinars to help you learn the latest tips to support you in the successful completion of this process. Complete the process early to have OMERS calculate your pension adjustments or avoid interest on any outstanding balances. See the important annual reconciliation dates
In-person workshops are available at locations across the province and will be an opportunity for you to meet with fellow plan administrators and share best practices.
Webinars are offered on different dates and times and cover a variety of topics, including:

- Steps 1 & 2: Import and Submit e-Form 119 Data
- Step 3: Resolve e-Form 119 Exceptions
- Step 4: Reconcile your e-Form 119
e-access Feedback Workshops
