2019 Employer Communications Update and Upcoming Employer Administration Workshops

We value our relationship with you as partners who share a common goal and work with us to deliver excellence in administering the OMERS plan. Part of our commitment to this partnership is to communicate in a way that works for you, tailored to your needs. Based on your feedback, we wanted to share a brief update and roadmap for employer communications in 2019 and beyond.

Short term, we are launching an Employer Monthly, starting with this issue. We heard your feedback on the frequency and content of e-alerts. Now, everything you need to know for the month will be in one convenient issue. We also encourage you to regularly visit the employer section of omers.com for the most up-to-date information on training, forms, news and more.

Long term, we are working to create a more interactive experience – not just with us, but between all of you. We also heard that you value connecting with communities of other employers of the same size and type.
