OMERS and Oxford provide individuals across the globe with opportunities to gain real experience through impactful work while making meaningful connections.
We hire in Canada, United States, Singapore, and United Kingdom with work terms that can range from 4 to 12 months. Recruiting happens throughout the year for various departments.
Oxford Rotational Program

Four 6-month rotations (total 2 years)

We have student opportunities available across the globe, with roles in Canada, United States, Singapore, and United Kingdom. Our student roles range from 4 to 12 months. We recruit students for roles in Technology, Investments, and those focused on our corporate functions, such as Accounting, Human Resources, Procurement, Finance and Strategy. Roles offered will vary each term based on business needs.

Winter term: Roles go live in September, with offers extended in October. Students start with us in January
Summer term: Most of our roles go live in January, with offers extended in February. Our Investment focused roles will typically go live 8 months prior to the start date, with roles being posted in September. All summer students will start in May.
Fall term: Roles go live in May, with offers extended by June. Students start with us in September
*Some roles may be required on an adhoc basis and may be posted outside of these times.
Roles are typically posted for 3 weeks on our career page. The interview process will vary depending on the role; however, you can expect an introductory call with a recruiter, and 1 or 2 interviews with the hiring team. Interviews will include both technical and behavioral questions. Some roles may require a technical component, such as completion of a case study.
We offer several tools and resources to help create a valuable and memorable work term! Upon starting with us, students can expect an orientation to learn more about the organization and network with other students. Throughout the term, you will have the opportunity to attend personal and professional workshops, gain exposure to executive leadership, all while being part of the pension promise!
