Mississauga Inquiry Update

May 31, 2010
As announced in November 2009, the Mississauga Judicial Inquiry was called by the City of Mississauga to review processes internal to the City of Mississauga.

The Inquiry has now begun to hear evidence from witnesses and certain OMERS employees have been asked to provide evidence, since some of the issues being considered at the Inquiry involve OMERS assets.

OMERS is one of six applicants granted full standing. We are participating fully with the Inquiry and Commissioner Cunningham to protect OMERS strong reputation.
