Anik Lanthier

Anik Lanthier was appointed to the OMERS AC Board effective January 1, 2025 on the nomination of the Association of Municipalities of Ontario (AMO). She serves as a member of the Investment Committee and Member Services Committee. 

Ms. Lanthier has over 25 years of expertise in the finance and investment industry. She is currently a Partner and CIO of Richter, one of Canada’s largest Multi-Family Offices where she is responsible for developing and managing the investment platform and portfolio construction. Prior to joining Richter in January 2024, she was President and CIO of Public Markets at Fiera Capital overseeing more than 160 billion dollars. Prior to Fiera, she spent 14 years at PSP Investments in different senior roles. In her last five years at PSP, she was Global Head and Senior Vice President of Capital Markets. In that role, she was responsible for a broad portfolio of close to 100 billion dollars managed internally and externally. Prior to joining PSP Investments in May 2006, she spent seven years at the Hydro-Québec Pension Fund, and she began her career as a financial analyst at the Bank of Canada in 1997.

Ms. Lanthier is also very involved in the community and sits on several charitable and public boards. She is currently a board member of the Investment Committee of the McGill University Endowment Fund, the Azrieli Foundation, and the Trisura Group.

Ms. Lanthier holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in finance from Université Laval. She has been a CFA charter holder since 2003.
