e-access Revamp Workshop
After receiving a lot feedback from our administrators across Ontario, we are listening to your concerns and e-access has become a focus for us at OMERS. It’s time to make a change but we can’t do it without you! To better understand your wants and needs, OMERS is asking for your input on how we can evolve the employer platform to work better for you. If you’re interested in participating in a half-day e-access feedback workshop, please follow the link below. Locations and dates will be determined based on interest.

Help us shape the OMERS member experience!
OMERS values the opinion of members – and as part of our ongoing efforts to better understand members’ perspective about OMERS on areas of strengths, issues, and concerns, we will be launching a Member Engagement Survey. The more we know about their perception and experience, the more we will be able to improve their experience with OMERS.
Members can participate online (via link or QR code) or by phone, from September 30th – October 25th, 2019. Survey findings will be used to continually shape the OMERS member experience.
