We are making progress on modernizing our pension administration system
We understand the importance of reliable service, which is why the quality and integrity of this system is of the utmost importance. In-depth testing of the new platform has been our priority this year and will continue throughout the spring and summer, and the new system will only be rolled out when it is truly ready for success. Future phases of this multi-year project will focus on e-access improvements.
There will be e-access administrative changes and possibly a system shutdown period as we transition to our new pension administration system. We are getting ready to support you and will provide advance notice and special instructions to guide you through the transition.
