Doing the same workout routine for months or years on end can get boring and even have declining benefits. People often change their workout routines to incorporate outdoor activities such as walks on trails or through parks with their pets, friends and families, with surprising benefits!
Forest therapy, or "forest bathing" originated in Japan; it provides many health benefits, both physical and mental. Scandinavian countries have also incorporated these practices into group or individual therapy. Learn more from our latest video below!
